In exchange for sponsorship, I will put corporate/ organization names on my media jerseys, website, and other promotional material, and will plug your company or organization in the film. My corporate/ organization sponsorship levels are $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000, although sponsorship of any amount is welcomed and appreciated.
Please make checks out to Providence Network (with Bridge to Bridge in the memo line) and mail to Providence Network, 801 Logan St. Denver, CO 80203. You will promptly receive a tax receipt from Providence Network, and we will work with you to get corporate or organizational names/ logos on my jerseys and promotional material. Providence Network is also approved as a 2015 DEZ (Denver Enterprise Zone) project. Contributions of $1,000 or more during this calendar year are eligible for a 25% Colorado State Tax Credit.
